the millenial manifesto: an app
This project’s goal was to design a persuasive campaign encouraging millenials to step back from social media and incorporate play into their lifestyles. The project’s deliverable is an iOS micro-app with zine and kitsch influences. The content explores how social media can detrimentally affect one’s ability to relax and manipulate the mind into faux-stimulation. The app encourages the user to replace time spent mindlessly on social media with small doses of creative and leisurely activities in the form of a 21 day social media ‘detox’.
